Can you buy snap on from shops? or just the vans? I want to upgrade most of my tools and get some really good stuff, but I'll never come into contact with the van man cos I am not in the motor trade

I know a couple of guys that do it and also the PR doris who got some tools for a Top Gear project i worked on, if you want some numbers Pm me or just call into your local Garage and ask for the guys number local to you, i'm sure he'll be pleased to sell to you they are all self employed and i think their in the same boat as the rest of us looking for any business they can

me bro was a snap on dealer and told me you can only buy new snap on from them cos they got there own patch and cop a strop if u go poaching. but for 2nd hand stuff try ebay its still lifetime guarantee.

Go to your local garage that has the van come round and ask for the contact number for the van and just give them a ring. They will be able to tell you when they will next be near you.
