Mk 1 Mark Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 I remember being @ lambs farm when the blew hut up into the air and blew onto the track!!! fooking hell max that was a long time ago I was racing my mk2 escort prod b there then what a day that was this gust of wind came from nowere and liffted a 30ft caravan inc people and it landed face down in the middle of the home stright during a banger race lots of cuts and brused and the meating was cancled What a small world....Can remember it like it was yesterday... I was there with a loads of us east londoners Our team was Bad Company.... we went there with a few cars well armoured up to go out and hurt that day.. Bloody hell getting old disgracefully
Guest turbo2 Posted February 2, 2007 Report Posted February 2, 2007 i raced at most spedeworth tracks started mini stox then went stock rods and then in 1660 hot rods i even had a season in group A at arena and raced hot rod at ringwood mini stock 302 ,stock rod 302 hot rod 531 and group A 102

mk3cokebottle Posted July 27, 2007 Report Posted July 27, 2007 been all over the place my first race was when i was 10 in the last ever meeting at the real aldershot track on a thursday evening ! then i hit the dirt at smallfields also doing a couple of the bigger meets at arena , but i have been racing at fleet on and off from the day it started oh and we had a field trip to tongham and kicked there arse in the rookies eh wessie then i got banned to much contact apperently ? im looking for a fooked osf that i can use for the last meeting at fleet if u know of any that cant be saved?
Ken B Posted August 8, 2007 Report Posted August 8, 2007 raced at some right ol dumps over the years but you can guess which ones they were Sheffield Wisbech Crewe Scunthorpe(next to steelworks) Boston Skegness Aycliffe Alwalton Bristol Arena Swindon Bovingdon(pre Spedeworth) Ringwood Crayford Iwade Northampton(Brafield) Kings Lynn Sadly many of these have dissapeared, by the end of next year looks like Arena and Swindon will be added to nothing but memories

I've stock rodder a mk2 mg metro,mk3 escort(1.3) and 205xs, bangered a mk4 escort and the last one was a mk2 xr2 in the hot ford formula(just like non contact banger racing!!!)
