Not quite ALL of it. Just the bit in the middle. Quite a lot of above ground stations outside about Zone 4.

I meen round here they gritted before it rained and washed it all away now all the semi main roads are coverd in snow only the A roads are clear due to emergency gritting THIS MORNING !! after it frikken snowed.

This is THE capital of the country for feck sake and they can't even get it right here
