Nah sericly if we all liked the samething there would only be one type of motorsport!! Still rallying better

caprinerd Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 there will always be the question which is the beter but these days it dont mater which one you go for as its a computer racing against a computer in most motor sports find me an F1 or a WRC rallt car that aint a computer on wheel yes it takes skill in both forms of motor sport but its still computer against computer

Exactly the same is happening in WRC (apart from the round and around bit) Personally im only interested in the Group B cars for a number of reasons which cant be said about WRC today.

When you limit anything the drivers at the top of their game are all pretty closely matched, so unless you go back to the amazing days of group B cars where the rally cars were quicker round some circuits than F1 cars, then motorsport will not be as exciting. However those days are long gone and will never be taken back up. Rallies such as the Roger Albert Clark are far more exciting than WRC or F1 imo, and dont get nearly enough TV coverage. And these events are now some of the most popular in the country... Get out and watch them, standing feet from some of the best escorts in the world, with some of the best drivers in the world.. it doesnt get much better than that!!!
