paul 326 Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 evening all, looking for some nice steelies to go on a mk1 fiesta, any ideas? was thinking along the lines of wellars, or lotus steels with chrome hub caps, can you get reproduction lotus steels anywhere? any help or ideas greatly appreciated, cheers paul

davreeve Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 There used to be a red 'R' reg fiesta near where i live many years ago that was slammed on a set of lotus steels with the chrome hubcaps and IMO it looked pretty tasty .I hav,nt seen any other fiestas with these rims on since.

baz105e Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 ive just bought a mk1 1 fezzer and banged the lotus steels off of the anglia on it (be prepared to 'modify' those arches)it looks the tits though with the wheels sitting right flush with the side of the car and only just missing the front wings as it has been lowered bout 100mm. ps ive had to put new standard arches on the back which ive put a slight flare in and cut ALL of the lip away leaving just a 2mm flange to accomidate the lotus steelies
