stuartp Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 first time i'd been up to chelsea in over a decade shame it's not in the park itself but still nice that it's happening what with floods and hailstones and motorway gridlock on the way up from kent i wasn't sure we'd make it but we got there in time to watch some bloke in a sierra melt his tyres over what seemed to be half the bridge and then somehow spin it into a parking space - impressive! parked my little silver beastie up, had a tinker with the idle and had a wander up and down the bridge. saw quite a few droolworthy cars (nearly all old ford's too which was nice) deffo the best for me was the orange mk1 rs2000 - near perfection! (either that or the green one on steels - lush) didn't really talk to anyone but seemed like a nice vibe all in all a nice evening and you would never have guessed it had been tipping it down earlier!

tgafronk Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 Was a good night the guy in the jelly mould was one of my lot he also has an orange mk1 i was impressed with his little show but if it had been my car he had decided to park between i think i would have given him a clip round the earhole then shook his hand Frank
