ratman Posted March 4, 2009 Report Posted March 4, 2009 If its a red top type take it off and undo the top by placeing it in a vice and push down and twist off the top Mind the spring dosent ping out and check the mesh filter in side Bet its full of rust and crud clean it out that normaly dose the trick
