Retro-gone. Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 had this image hung on my workshop wall for years, not really knowing where it came from, although i had a feeling it was an oldskool iron on transfer , anyway i dug some more 70's car mags outta my loft yesterday and flicked thro em when i came across this in a 1978 'Hot Car' mag.. it was a freebie form that mag! question is do i iron it on to a teeshirt or do i keep it complete with the mag?
Daggle Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 Keep it with the mag, it will only get cracked and fall apart if you put it on a shirt
Dr Feelgood Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 thats so cool what are the chances of that happening id keep it with the mag cos the tee will end up getting ripped or the image cracked
Copey Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 thats cool, as above though, keep it with the mag, it will be too old to stick to a shirt now and just ruin
john_3.0s Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 you could get it copied and screened onto a t-shirt for a few quid now days - if you really wanted it, could make a few and wack them on the bay for some pocket money
Retro-gone. Posted March 5, 2009 Author Report Posted March 5, 2009 now theres a thought and i get to keep the original
bortaf Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 I had one last year Sold it to Norm of Team Blitz over in the states for his collection

c4pre Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 Take a image of it, and get it printed in one of the high street photo places, that print images on to t-shirts and all other manner of gifts. jay If you send me a scan I can clean it up for you in photoshop..
caprinerd Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 just watch the copy writes tony look in to it first as its a touchy subject expecially round these parts , their really cracking down on it mate ,so look into it first, to be on the safe side but seems a good idea though
