ratman Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 After a night out at Chelsea cruz at the end of august 08 my Tina was Fooked she sounding like a rattle snake on steroids So she needed a full rebuild. The oil pump was sent back to titans to be told she had sucked up and swallowed something large and spat it out ending in one fooked engine/pump. So in September 08 the strip down began. The block was stripped of 15 years of hammer right. And painted enamel black. That the big parts buy started bit by bit as funds allowed Inc new exhaust valves, bronze guides, new valve springs,retainers,ball studs& locknuts BF63 cam,End & main shells,new ringear & flywheel skim New 16 row cooler. New Titan sump was brought as my tin sump was well past it. That had to be cut to clear the rack as every thing is escort based Then welded up. New twin scavenge Titan oil pump. Complete set of new braided oil pipes. New oil tank. H&H starter ironic that its called wosp AP RS2000 Clutch. Then in February 2009 I went to Wayne at WPE with a big box of bits Back from Wayne’s Then last night the Fire up Wayne setting up the carbs Wayne giving Tina a kiss good night Massif thanks to Wayne and kev at WPE Mark Hoblin for helping putting the bullet in the hole & Mrs. Ratman for turning a blind eye every time another box came in the post
