caprinerd Posted May 29, 2009 Report Posted May 29, 2009 about a month back i had togo to thetford norfolk,6 miles from me,someone had my jacket out the car which had my phone in it, i phoned voaphone straight away and they blocked the phone and the sim so both are no good now ive since been issued with a new sim with the same number as before all the calles that were made since my last call were written off and there was a lot of them, but as i had the last number that i called they could do this, also my phone wasnt insured so it was down tome to get a replacement phone but if it was insured through voda they would have replaced it
