mk1mexico Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 Sorry to hear this mate A similar thing happened between two mates of mine, toy fighting, drunk, one was struck (still toying) and drunkenly fell, head on kerb etc, instant death. The courts tried my mate for Man slaughter even though they were mates and it was an accident, the late lad's family were still good friends with the 'attacker', he attended the funeral and everything that goes with it. but the police wanted a man to blame ended up getting dropped, but i know what your feeling mate

He was on a night out and an under age drinnker followed him to a secluded area and one punch straight to the head knocked him to the floor, hit his head and gave hm brain damage. he died 5 days later in hospital and the worst thing was the guy who did it got 2 YEARS IN PRISON!!!. Life aint fair.
