when loading pics onto photobucket change the setting so it uploads in an avatar size then just copy and paste the link

Or just go to photobucket, type in a word to search for. If you see something you like, click it. It'll then bring the picture up in its true size. If its okay, just copy and paste the img into the "load offsite avatar" section of your profile page.
