I was running 13x7 revo deep dish with ET -7 and had to roll the arches on a 2" drop, have rasied it back to 1.5" as I was getting sick of grounding the exhaust on every tiny bump, have the wheels for sale if you are interested, they were new in Feb and only done 500 miles, now gone to 15's

what tyres will you be running?

if you go 175 - 50 that should work with 2"

i was going to buy them from midland wheels with 185/60/13 tyres.i thinking now to drop 1.5" as i dont want to mess the arches up.

2.5" at the rear and about 3" at the front rubs a little at the back but going to sort this weekend tickle with the grinder

ho hum... if you get the right offset you can run 9" wide rims under a mk2 ..8.5" under a mk1 in 13" ..

Next one, to Big G ... what are you going to grind ???

Looking at your car the wheel sits too far back in the arch as its lowered without using a twink bar and twink bar brackets..which would explain when fitting an A-D kit your car handled crap.. zero castor = crap.

Instead of grinding the arch... and yes its a tip that i shouldnt give out.. grind the shoulder back on the ARB .. this gains castor=better handling, and save grinding your arch

Sorry dave but where ive re done the arches there lips are a little larger than standard ones so need grooming back  as for the front no arb holding any thing there mate tension struts all the way

Well shorten the tension strut then ... any castor gain you can get will aid handling as it produces more camber when you need it, ie turning

And my names not Dave ....

i'll start calling you trigger soon
