mk2_boy Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 them wheels are to die for !!Lol they Always look good with 60 profiles and then slam the car!!
Guest chriscapriman Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 its stayin original , completly as it is , gonna get mot and tax on it asap so ive gotta a comfy bus and a sporty capri . this has history like you wouldnt believe every tyre, ball joint, bush etc its ever had, plus original dealer fitted mudflaps, 'classic' number plaste surrounds and front fog lamps on delivery all on a seperate bill dated the same as the bill of sale , all these things are still on the car, except one mudflap which has fell off the only addition was a stereao a few weeks later from a different place and then a towbar in sept 2000 its too original and too rare to modify, to me anyway
bronze4door Posted July 29, 2009 Report Posted July 29, 2009 when you get bored of it my old man will be interested
Guest chriscapriman Posted July 30, 2009 Report Posted July 30, 2009 when you get bored of it my old man will be interested you must be the 10th person to say somethin similar, thing is tho, loads of people (not you i know) said it about the viva, but when i actuially sold it, no-one was interested it was much more of a project than this is tho moot point anyway, this wont be going anywhere mate, your old man will avc to find his own
mk2_boy Posted August 3, 2009 Report Posted August 3, 2009 thats what i did i want some of those wheels they are soooo sex! im lowering mine tho
Guest chriscapriman Posted August 4, 2009 Report Posted August 4, 2009 taxed and tested passed mot with an advisory on front o/s tyre approaching legal limit, wiper blades and pitted front disks not bad for a car thats been stood for 6 years and has only been serviced and had air put in the tyres no wonder old fords never die, unless the are granada shaped and a banger racer gets hold of them
Guest chriscapriman Posted October 3, 2009 Report Posted October 3, 2009 took my granada to college yesterday, and the student parking lends itselft to old ford fotos i think shame i cudnt drive the capri down there with it for that full professionals hit

Guest chriscapriman Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 all done, it goes quite well now
Guest chriscapriman Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 all back together and running spot on now went to oulton park yesterday with the manchester classic ford crew, most of whom were out on track (or on the grass due to the weather ), anyway, me and one of the other lads had probably the two most non track focused vehicles of the club, make a good pair tho, kind like faux police vehicles of the early 80's
