Fishtailparka Posted July 26, 2009 Report Posted July 26, 2009 Now they know what is in there they may be back with a bigger vehicle. Do anything you can to secure it.
Yeomans22 Posted July 26, 2009 Report Posted July 26, 2009 hope they don't come back, but to be safe put this on the inside of the garage, http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/produ ... urity-post well worth the money, just a bastard to dig out. once some sees it they will more than lily give up as the noise etc removing it is too much. Paul.
Savvi Posted July 26, 2009 Report Posted July 26, 2009 How far are you away from the garage ? I've fitted a home made alert to my workshop so it texts me if the doors are opened. Been thinking of making something similar to sell to the public as this kind of thing seems to happens a lot. The one i have runs off a jump pack which i altered, that way it can still be charged easily, also has an alarm fitted inside
cjay2004 Posted July 26, 2009 Author Report Posted July 26, 2009 what do we think to these??? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GARAGE-DOOR-BOLTS ... 7C294%3A50 look like they would be hard to get past once fitted ?????????
stephens_xpack Posted July 27, 2009 Report Posted July 27, 2009 Anything is better than nothing. Your really lucky it's all still there, but like the other guy said now they know what's inside they may be back. Get it secure or move it until you can.
Rick Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 up and over garage doors are worthless you may aswell leave it open.
