That's just it, you didn't even have to watch it to have it piss you off. If all you had to do to avoid it was not watch it, that would be great! But no, when it gets on the news (WTF?? Why is it NEWS??) and radio, and in the papers you can't get away from it!

I have to confess I watched the first one of the first series, but just didn't get it. Lowest point is always (when I am flicking channels at night) when it's live but they are asleep. Who would watch that? Dull dull dull. it's so dull I can't even get offended by it.

Only ever watched five minutes of the first series and that was enough for me.

I just can't understand how a programme as dumb as this could make headline news and be the most important event in some peoples lives, glad it's been axed but won't make any difference to my life.

i was in china for the 1st month of the 1st series, i had never heard of it, (not much western news in china then) when i got back to england, i discovered the country had gone mad!! in the pub, at work, on the news etc etc.........and i felt alienated as i couldn't join in any conversation...anywhere what happened while i was away??

still, i'm old now and it seems the world has moved on without me but the truman show............what a great idea!!!
