DanV Posted August 28, 2009 Report Posted August 28, 2009 Got my cheque today...£2270.41 If only i didnt have a credit card to pay off But having said that once im debt free ill have more money to spend on my pop so it aint all bad news. Anyone else got refunds from mis-sold PPI policys??
Admin Vista Posted August 28, 2009 Admin Report Posted August 28, 2009 Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on your point of view) I never take them out in the first place. I didn't get compensation from a mis-sold endowment policy a few years ago though.

DanV Posted August 28, 2009 Author Report Posted August 28, 2009 I was told i had to have the policy to have the loan (and back then i didnt know any better) but this is not true, hence the refund Once im all paid up i wont be getting any more loans unless i cant avoid it!

Smudger105e Posted August 28, 2009 Report Posted August 28, 2009 I got missold an AVC a few years back, they investigated, and put £36,000 in my pension! They wrote to me a few months later and said they had miscalculated, and the amount shouldn't have been £36,000, should have been £42,000.
