stuartp Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 i like escorts (although there were anglia. capri, cortina, pop and other beauties there too) what a lovely day for a drive and to have a look at some tasty old ford motors it has confirmed to me that i really should be saving up for some of those gorgeous midland rs 4 spoke deep replicas - or at the very least fit some lower profile tyres to mine - my wheels looked well chunky! i'm tempted by a black stripe now too
stuartp Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 ta i love the wheels too (always wanted some proper rs alloys) but the tyres are 165/70s which looked like massive balloons compared to pretty much everyone elses (all the escorts seemed to be on 175/50s)
