JAY PS Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 Remember i have a photo of the morning after loads of cars in Tolworth and Surbiton crushed ,trees over everywhere ,even the next morning tiles were flying down in surbiton high street so they had closed the road Got to work and was told to go home !
dannyb Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 i was 11/12 yrs old and i slept through. my mum got me up for school and sent me on my way i didnt see to much damage just a few tiles and small trees blown over. but that soon changed when i got to school, there was no roof so i got to go home and got a few days off school
bortaf Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 slept right though it got up the next morning wondering what the hell happened
pauln Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 Wasnt working then but my mums road was closed trees down everywhere!! and debris!!SEEBoard was a great company!!!!!! Was is the word. It's the best possible demonstration of what you can do with nationalised resourses. With the way the industry has been broken up those customers who were off for days would be off for weeks as you can't have a coordinated disaster plan with loads of foreign owned companies. Oh look the party responsible for the breakup is likely to be voted back in soon.
Mr Sam Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 i was still in mummy's tummy ..... just
