1600 sport boxes

anyone got one? are they a strong enough box for a 120bhp xflow? i cant afford a type 9 just yet so thought this may be a good chioce for now? any words of advice please?

1300 gearboxes are more common but even they wont be alot cheaper than a type 9 i wouldnt have thought!

 

Any of the gearboxes should be ok on the road, just depends how much stick your going to give it off the lights!!!

maybe its because I buy ALL my parts from G.S and Ive never had bad service? And when people say WHERE DO I GET THIS FROM then Im not exactly going to recommend Burton Power am I?

 

And as for Boggs.....Up here there are no other tuners, they are well respected, do a good job, and not everyone has heard of talk of the speed or whatever you call your tuners down south.

I managed to trash 2nd on a 1600sport box with a 100ish bhp xflow.

That was on budget 165's aswell. Infact the 4sp thats in now is making some shocking noises in 4th, maybe time for 5 cogs....

 

I can also highly recommend GS, Ive had plenty of parts and advice from Graeme.
