Basically i have a 'friend' with a laptop and the appropriate install/software discs to do the above but has lost the will to live as 'he' cannot get it to work.

Basically i want to give someone this laptop with OS and install discs, wait some time and get it back all working and done.

 

I've tried and tried to get it to load and now i've found these web pages and its all a bit beyond me.

 

So if someone wants to earn a few quid and do this for me i'm happy to pay for it

Where are you? My girlfriends dad is a computer technician and has very reasonable rates
