point's do they still count for 3yr's and stay on for 5yr's because that is the way it was 15yr's back but im not sure now

i did ring dvla up but got pi**ed off being on hold on the phone

 

so the way i just read that if they are 4yr's on then they should be removed then

You have to pay to have them removed if I remember correctly.

 

3 years the points are valid, 4 years before they can be removed from your license.
