just a thought i had not but a minute ago after reading yet another post of a stolen car. im sure most of you have thought about this if not actually do it. but since a thief/thiefs can pretty much be away with a car very quickly, what about anchoring it to the ground?

ive recently bought an almax chain and lock for my vespa to stop it going missing, but as it weighs a ton and i never use the vespa, the £150 chain is doing nothing, so i was thinking, put a ground anchor in and chain the car down. at least after some scumbag god forbid breaks into the car, manages to somehow start it, or even tried to tow/hi-ab it away, its not going to go anywhere as its chained down by what seems to be the best almost unbreakable chains there is available.

I have got 2 10'' x 10'' plates raulbolted to the floor with some chain links welded to them and i pass a huge chain through the car and padlock the chain to the bits on the floor !!! ( just got to remember to take the angle grinder home with me every time !!!)

Yep got 2 anchor points in me front yard i chain customers motors to, stops anyone using the motor to smash the gates open as well, make sure you go round an axle or sumink, no good chaining through the wheel cos they will just take it off
