Update received today from the organisers:

Dear Paul

I am writing to bring your attention to Wings & Wheels 2010, an exceptional family day out.

Showcasing some of the finest civil and military aircraft in the UK, Wings & Wheels uniquely combines a four hour air display with an impressive line up of record breaking cars and motoring demonstrations.

Due to the increasing popularity and success of Wings & Wheels, the Show is now spreading its wings and taking place over two consecutive days. Visitor numbers to Wings & Wheels 2009 topped 25,000 and raised over £80,000 for charities including Help for Heroes and the Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance.

We are now accepting Car Club bookings for this year’s Show and, as in previous years, we are able to offer a discounted admission for Car Clubs of £12 per car and driver with each additional passenger £12 per adult and £5 per child (5-15 years). That’s a discount of 40% off normal admission prices!

Bookings are for a reserved space in the main arena, on grass, for up to 40 vehicles per Club. Due to high demand we are only able to accept a minimum of five cars per booking.

This special offer is only available by advance postal booking to be returned no later than the 2nd July 2010.

We look forward to welcoming you to Dunsfold Wings & Wheels and attach herewith the form to secure your Club’s participation. If, in the meantime, you require additional information please visit our website www.wingsandwheels.net or call 01483 542226.

Sounds like a good event.

There's nothing to stop you organising a club stand mate, just start a thread about it and see who's up for it
