whats the trick to getting stubon half shafts out? i realy need to change the diff but the shafts wont budge

Slide hammer is the way but with one of my cars years ago i had to put the car on stands, fit an old steel wheel and then lie under the car with a mash hammer and batter the back of the wheel

I just use a drum put on in reverse and a little tap tap and that should be it

put and old wheel on a use a ratchet strap that always works keeps the pressure always on but make sure u and everything is clear incase it shoots out

That's what we do here, make sure to hit it on different sides of the wheel, not the same spot over and over to get the bearing out evenly

warm the axle casing up a bit give it a good squirt of wd a thack the living daylights out of it works on the most seized things just be carefull not to put any heat on the bearing seal

once i stoped chaseing the axle round the workshop it came out real quick cheers guys tho the diff i pulled out was the same as what i was going to put back in
