Always had older fords my current one a 4 door mk2 cortina gt I've had since 1992. This was pinto'd till recently but has just been stripped to recieve turbo power. Also have a mk5 cortina carousel as a daily driver. Had others as well, 105e anglia with 1500gt in it and a mk1 consul with a 350 chevy. Wifes also into classics but vauxhalls, currently a viva with supercharged zetec . Diff

Mk1 Consul was a fun car, was in Classic Ford a few years ago just before I sold it . If your a long time reader you may remember it , pearl dark blue on 17" tsw imola wheels. Did melt tyres. Hopefully my mk2 cortina will be as powerful soon as I sold the pinto last month and am on the search for a new doner vehicle with a large turbo.
