Well a little update. Got a text at 0.52.....

 

CSTMETROPOLITAINPOLICE :

We apoligise officers missed your appointment. Please call so we can rearrange attendance on 0300 123 1212 and quote CAD no***/***.......Many thanks.

 

Oh FFS getting bored with this now. Next thing was, about 12.00 I got a call from them, trying to rearrange the appointment, again to 8pm. Given what happened last time, I said that wasn't good enough. They said they would be with me asap, but couldn't give a time. An hour and a half later, I get another call. Would I like to give a statement by phone? Why didn't they mention this earlier?

 

I now have the Chief Superintendent's name and address.......

Chase it up with the Superintendent Fred. It is disgraceful that they should get away with it when all the elements of theft are there. They:

Dishonestly (tick)

Appropriated (tick)

Property (tick)

belonging to another (tick)

Make an official complaint about the incompetence of the CPS, kick up a stink fella. You're a determined person, use that to make a difference.

JESUS H CHRIST!! Just had ANOTHER call from the Police. It was the control room again, asking who it was that had taken my statement over the phone. I told them to make a note not to get any other officer or controller to call me about this matter again, and I will take it up with the Chief Superintendent!
