i took my escort in to work to replace the front kit after a lorry crushed me last year.

both the a panels were shot, so i cut them out

mat came over and we did both sides in 2 evenings....new manager starts on monday and all cars must be off site!! :( (i'm getting used to this!!)

so today, i had to fit the bodykit....

the last kit was a ford one, and the fit was easy. this is a mickey mouse kit and didn't fit at all!! but i'm happy with that "oval racer" on the road look, so i made it as a 2 piece front :mrgreen:

tomorrow i will hopefully do some more, needs a few skims as the panels line up like shyte, but, considering i turned up at work today at midday, with no plans, ideas or anything, i'm pleased with the result! :mrgreen:

yeah kev, only took 11 months of argueing!!! :twisted:

don't ever get hit by a zurich insured driver!!

anybody know why my indicators only work when the headlights are on dipped? fooked if i do! :sad:

youve done a good job fixing it

 

not sure on the indicaters trace the wire back see if theyre shorting somewhere or make sure theyre earthed well :thumbsup:

i know it's a corroded terminal or indicator stalk, just hoped someone has had this problem, and could point me in a certain area. they worked fine last time i drove it...but that was 8 months ago!!! jesus....i hate car electrics!!!! :evil:
