After Boyd died Duane set up business with Berndt from the TV series. They opened up a shop in Anaheim Ca and named it American Hot Rods Inc.

Thing is if you were good at your job he didnt pick on you if you weren't then god help you. You never saw him pick on his new partners Burnt and Raefal, that guy with the droopy handlebar tash forgotton his name, or Scott. He used to moan about Roy but never to his face, but he could do his job ,albeit slowly. As for the others, well they probably deserved it. Blue bear seemed to be pretty good too, though he could never keep his mouth shut.
