mk1super Posted April 1, 2010 Report Posted April 1, 2010 Ok here goes! I go into work at 07.45 in a really good mood even though the vans seat is killing my already bad back i grin an get on with it. Pick up me ropes saws an load em onto truck set off for the job, i go and saw down said tree once iam 110% sure it the right one, as per norm i havent got the paper work for the job as manager is a plug So i return to depot at 9 to find said manager goin ape looking for me He says "you silly f**king c**t you cut down the wrong f**king tree!" Automatically i get wound up like a spring. As usual a knob spoils my day

Guest cortinamad-gonetoo Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 My mates advice was to laugh and walk away ive had that advice loads of times
Trevmk3 Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 laugh and walk away is usually the best way, had my boss getting on at me because i had built a £120k machine the wrong way around to what the customer requested, boot was on the other foot and i got the boss back pedaling when i showed him the paperwork i had been given to build the machine from which turned out he had done wrong. its always nice for that to happen. i do use "whatever" a few times but it is never as a cant be arsed to thinnk of an answer option though
