Just got back form the doctors I thought I had polishing elbow but its tennis elbow I hate it

I got that in both knees a couple of years ago, I was well and truly fooked... all because i fitted tyres for a living, kneeling on a concrete floor taking wheels off can do more damage than you think, Thank fook i fooked that job off.
