Please guys no comments on how you wouldnt do this i am gutted as it is. Ok as some of you may be aware my mk1 granny fell out of the container a couple of weeks before classic ford show i got it all fixed moted and taxed, but due to money problems i decided to take it to the pod then put it away So ramps out everything checked and double checked got the front wheels in and then both ramps gave way. With the car now sat on its tow bar and no help available i had no choice but to tow it out . Fooked off by now i set the ramps back up and gunned it up them well you can guess what happened, towed out for a second time . and it happened a 3rd time too its now in my mates yard and i dont know what to do with it. So please again no comments on how you wouldnt do this i havent got the luxury of a garage or even a drive and its a rarity that i can even park my everyday car near my house and ive had a couple nicked in the past. Maybe someone is saying i should get rid and have just one osf it was no concourse car but thats not the point if it was a 3.0 gt and not a base model i think id of gone more mental :(

Seems like your asking for trouble getting that car in and out of there.

Personally, i wouldn't have even attempted it, its far too steep and the car too heavy.

I would rather leave it outside i think. :?

You have done it 4 times and you don't want us to comment?

If you insist on repeatedly doing this, at least learn that you need better ramps FFS!

I'm not far from you and if you want to fetch me some metal to weld into ramps I will, but for gods sake man.....

its not as bad as it could have been bud , the dents on the boot could prob be done by a mobile dent repairer and the front can be sorted quite easily look on the bright side mate you have an osf well 3 infact to choose from and it wont hurt for it to be stored a little while so you can get it sorted

The plan was to park it up for a while but not for that reason lol

Just a thought, is that old lorry you are putting it in a scrapper?

If so, why not take the wheels off it to lower it down?

Or even take the box section of the back of it completely?
