ANY TIPS ON FITTING EXHAUT WRAP

any tips you have found as i m fitting mine the weekend

wear gloves as its as itchy as fook on your skin,my mate soaked his in water before fitting it as its easuer to work with aswell. I put mine on dry but was fine

put the roll in a bucket of warm water and get it soaking wet,then roll it round m8.get some thin lock wire and lock wire plyers to secure it in place.try to ring it out abit if as well if you can before you wrap it

Ive got some stainless steel ties to go with it, is that any good ?

Also do I wrap the primarys seperately as I have seen some crossflows with the two middle ones wrapped together ?

The last one i done I painted it then soak the wrap in hot water to soften it wrap the complete down pipe and done the primary seperate. still nice and neat a year on.

I have a good tip. Dont do it. They rot the manifold from the inside out
