What do you say when your Dad drives his brand new M3 into your Mk2 Escort, ripping the front bumper off and destroying the front panel and wing?? This forum wont let me spell it out..... :x

I would sit him down and have a long chat about the benifits of being a carefull driver and proberly hint that he should pop to specsavers :D

Me and my old fella came to fisticuffs over less than this!many years ago i got a bit sick of him telling me i was still 'not too big to go over his knee'.when i pointed out he was getting a bit old he bit my finger to the bone.(funny thing beer).I think that was approx the time someone turned his lights out.We're ok now,just don't get any more lip.Its a car...it'll fix.A.t.b.

my old man took off my rear bumper to my xr4i years ago, with his nissan cabstar. i wasnt a very happy chappy. he was going to pay for the damage until not even a week later i reversed his new peugeot into a metal railings............goodbye rear lights :wink:

It's not all bad, i just declaired the car SORN and was planning on replacing front wings, front panel and rear arches anyway....but!! do insurance companies offer the money to repair as an option instead of just repairing it....since i would like to have it all done in one go...

i had this last year ,my old man had his sprinter in the garden undone his back door wind caught it and took it straight across the bonnet of my mk2 van i just have to walk away, he did offer to pay
