Did the timing need any adjustment? He's been running his on old skool leaded 4 star till now but is getting tired of the 200 mile round trip with Jerry cans to the nearest place that sells it. It's pinking quite badly on Super with Castrol Valve master plus added to it. Here's his car, note engine also on the piss as intended.

So no adjustment necessary? # Up until now he's been using regular leaded 4 star but the journey to buy some is just too far, with Superunleaded & Castrol Valve master plus it pinks. Any ideas?

He wants to start using unleaded as it's a 200 mile round trip each time to fill up his Jerry cans. Even Super with an octane booster causes it to pink. Valvemaster plus does both, lead additive & octane booster. Guess he'll need to get his timing properly set up.
