Von Thrash Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 Wanted the Fasta an eeny-weeny bit lower, which meant a rear tyre/arch interference problem. My mark 1 arch roller (basically half a skateboard) wasn't up to the job, just not meaty enough. So, here's mark 2; Hub plate made from old wheel and some box section. Bolt to hub. Rest of it is held on with quick release pins. Only bit i had to buy was a polyurathane pallet truck wheel. Adjuster a bit half finished , but hey-ho wanted to give it a go! Forgot to take any more pics until i'd finished. Worked well, seemed to be at the end of it's travel on a fiesta arch. Made it 'cos they're £250 to buy and i was only going to use it once. Now considering a rent-for-beer type scheme available only to OSFer's. . . . Any takers?
