dave waudby Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 i know its not what you guys are in to on this forum and i wont keep going on about it on here just thought id show you, i miss my rear wheel drive pinto powered cars so this was cheap so i bought it, its cvh at moment but im planning on putting a pinto in it amongst other plans.

dave waudby Posted January 18, 2011 Author Report Posted January 18, 2011 i knew it was getting broken, i dont go on buysellcortina any more though, (since i sold my cortina), i was depressed when i sold it but its gone now all i can do is get on forget about my past. most people on here know im alcoholic but now im doing 12 step programme and staying sober 1 day at a time which is also helping my mood ( using medication too for the depression)and i can only say depression is awful and i personally feel for anyone that gets or has it and left untreated its just mad cant explain. yeah sierra is in quite good nick thanks for your reply

Well done on the 12 steps , i know someone who done it and is now living the life he wanted to be. capri71 Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 A zetec wouldn't make it a sleeper or a wolf in sheeps clothing or result in any surprises at the traffic lights - you'd just about keep up with low end modern cars. zetecmk2 Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 by the time a zetec is in( a few days give or take) you will be as comfortable as you are with a pinto conversion, it's just nuts and bolts in the same place, plus it'll be something else to focus on, which could be good? you've got my support

I like the use of Mondeo wheels I, personally, would be sticking a zetec in it, but it'll go well enough with a sorted pinto. i had a 1800cvh Saph, nice car until I tried parking it on some railings at 70mph... I look forward to seeing this sometime in 2011
