I should really have kept a project thread on this site to allow everyone to see the many phases the car has gone through This time I have changed the twin charge setup I was running last year and replaced it with a JDM spec redtop SR20DET. I have spent the last 3 or 4 months building up a stock on parts to allow me to get started and just last week I took the car round to a mates to have the bulkhead cut again. The tunnel has also had to be romoved to allow the new box to fit. I will show pics and if anyone is looking for more info I will be happy to answer I will get more pics hopefully tonight or tomorrow Jim.

Got another update on the bodywork/engine bay work being carried out on the car Worthy of a mention to a mate of mine scottie who has been cutting and rebuilding the bulkhead for the past two weeks :sxoc: Anyway, these pics show whats been happening. The bulkhead has had to be cut to allow the engine to be moved back another two inches. This should be a help to power/wieght distribution in the car and it allows me to fit everything in :wack: When the anglia was standard there was a slight lip behind the engine and I have again kept that to make it look like an SR is meant to be there! The sump has also had to be adapted to allow it to fit! I have ways of compensating for the small amount of volume that has been lost through things such as an oil cooler relocation kit Inside the tunnel has been fully remade and I have had to lower my steering 20mm. I do not have pics of this yet but I will upload them soon. Over the weekend the car will be getting prepped to go for paint so that will probably be the next update that I put up!
