Fred_Bear Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 Hi Just 'inherited' my daughters 1981 Escort, she bought it 6 odd years ago and started to make it RS like, it has sat on my drive for a couple of years and not started for the last 12 months. It seemed a shame to let it rust so I got it MOT'd, and next month will do the insurance and tax. I have the original seats but cannot decide whether to put it back to original look, or leave it roughly as is but with carpet etc. What I do to to it is limited by my bad back so will have to see which seats are most comfortable, you can tell you are old when comfort is a higher priority than speed!
