you can buy kits that flare the ends for the unions at a motor factors, and the copper wire comes in huge coils. it takes abit of practise to get it lokig neat, but if you spend some time on them they look good :)

noddy280,got some mates that run a motor factors in Horsham,Im sure if you popped in with your old lines they would make some for you.

steel or copper m8 i had my new rear copper pipes made up by the local motor factors :wink:

 

im after the steel ones m8. i dont think you can make them up yourself

You can use the standard copper pipe that corrodes over time or you can use Cupro Nickel/Kunifer Brake Tubing which will not corrode.

I have used the latter on my latest build,it is harder to bend and flare and you will need a decent tool for the job......worth the extra.
