Hi guys,

Thanks very much for the links Vista - really interesting to read about the cars development and the hard work put in by the first owner and his Dad during the restore

I need to get some pictures of my own in the future but at the moment the car is taking on yet another lease of life. The previous owner in my opinion took a step forward with the mechanics (such as the tuned xflow now pushing out 135bhp) but a step back with the interior (such as replacing the lovely door panel cards with carbon fibre ones).

It is currently with Xsport racing having a new pedalbox and front strut amongst other things then after that the interior is being redone and a roof swap is on the cards to replace it with one without a sunroof.

I shall keep you all in the picture and hopefully do the car justice.

It was a real killer to sell but i was the right descision at the time.

I agree with you the door cards should have locksmith sheffield stayed but each to their own.

Hello Streaky and a very warm welcome to OSF :thumbsup:

As has already been said, the car is very well known to us on the forum and Rick put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into it, however, it is now your car and I think it's great that you are putting your own mark on it. Keep the updates coming so that we can see your progress and we hope to see your car at some of the shows this year
