SebringRS Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 Sorry for all the posts tonight, but trying to compile a parts list for the 1100 this week, so once my exams are over i can order the parts and get cracking on getting it done for Ford Fair Main confusion at the moment, is the wheels Had my heart set on the compomotive MO5 Flat Face wheel, as i loved the look of them, even if it did lack dish But now got me thinking will i be happy with them, cus once ive bought them, im kinda stuck with it Does anyone have these on there car?? Just so i can see what they look like fitted, and also if the same person could answer, did they have to do any arch rolling to fit them on But anyway, im now thinking of "different" alternatives, i am sort of working to a tight budget, so lotus steels are a deffo no go, unless i can salvage the set that are in the shed Also so are the Midland wheels RS-4's Any ideas?? Alley cats, but also getting on the pricey side Help
Admin Vista Posted May 11, 2011 Admin Report Posted May 11, 2011 Personally I think they look too modern for an OSF. There are plenty of old skool wheels out there that won't break the bank, how about a set of Revolution 4 spokes?

deltamal Posted May 12, 2011 Report Posted May 12, 2011 As Vista said, Revo's, 15" 5 spoke's would look good, everyone uses Minilite style and RS 4 spoke, would be a bit different!
442 Posted May 12, 2011 Report Posted May 12, 2011 18" chrome spinners you told me, and a length of drainpipe to hang under the back!!

Admin Vista Posted May 17, 2011 Admin Report Posted May 17, 2011 How about these? viewtopic.php?f=26&t=128352
SebringRS Posted May 17, 2011 Author Report Posted May 17, 2011 Managed to salvage 4 of the 8 lotus steels we've got, rest have all pitted when we had them powder coated But got some wheels sorted now, thanks anyway
deltamal Posted May 17, 2011 Report Posted May 17, 2011 There is a good set of 5 14" x 6" 5 spoke Revo's in the parts for sale section, not a lot of money either!
