What do you reckon on these wheels for a Mk1 Capri

Hello, what do you think these wheels would look like on a Mk1 Perana Capri

which is yellow with two black stripes. These wheels are 15" x 8".

Nice to see you have a Perana.....I only heard of their existance about three years ago when I worked with a Zimbabwian who had owned one!

 

From what I have read about them since you have one bitch of a motor and those wheels will look 'kin excellent on it, so they get my vote at least.

Personally no... i'm a purist when it comes to wheels , so if its a tarmac only car its gotta have these ...

They look like Cossie Sierra rims, they have no dish and for me look bland.

 

I love Musclecars and I think your first choice would look superb, though I still like the idea or some Halibrand style rims. Do it!!!

If you look at any of the period racecars you will see that style ... Comp CX's , it wasnt unusual to see the Touring Car grid running them .. inc the Zakspeeds Capri/Escorts.

As for the dish... you can have them wheels with a 10" dish if you want !

 

But like i said in the first post... Personally, its just my opinion..
