muppets guide to gear ratios please

need help to work out wot ratio i need im running a t5 box witch i think is 1st 2.95:1 2nd 1.94:1 3rd 1.34:1 4th 1.1 5th 0.8:1 im going to be using a 8.8 lsd axle but dont no wot ratio to try to get im using the car road/strip the choices of ratio i have got are 4.10:1 3.55:1 3.73:1 3.27:1 witch do you think would be best

would have to be 3.73 for me. Best of both worlds.

Depends on the wheel and tyre size really, I was running a 3.44 rear gear in my

 

Atlas on 17" rims but felt far too over geared, I have changed that for a 3.75

 

now .

 

If I was ever to go back to 13" rims , I could go as high as a 3.089 .
