Welcome to OSF.

Re your car, very tidy but unfortunately we don't cater for the newer generations of classic ford. Whilst there are some variations depending who you ask, our rule of thumb is that the car had to be in production before 1980.That doesn't mean you're not welcome to use the forum though

That's not what I said, I said it had to be in production before 1980, i.e. the model rather than the specific car.

OP, sorry you feel that way but it is what it is. Would you expect to join a Capri club with an Escort or a Cortina club with a Granada? It doesn't mean you're not welcome to participate, just that we don't cater for your model of car.

Having said that i've seen quite a few post 1980's Capris with Old Skool Ford stickers in them and I was thinking of getting one too. Should i still do so now on the back of this bombshell? Glen - if you do decide to go in an old C plate capri - go in mine mate :) but if you need the 2.8i Bilsteins from my 1986 C plated capri for your pre 1980 escort...well up your chuffer mate because i can't cater for ya.
