bozie Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Booked a track day and I'm just trying to sort out some tyres what tyres are good for a track day and not to expensive. Someone offered me a set of mazda wheels with toyo r888 would Mazda wheels fit a ford. Any help thanks
Admin Vista Posted March 5, 2012 Admin Report Posted March 5, 2012 Mazda have had a number of different PCD's over the years but to the best of my knowledge none of them have been 4 x 108 (which all Fords are) so no, they won't fit. The tyres may fit on the right rims though so would be worth it if they're cheap enough. Edit: I stand corrected, Mazda 2's (03 - 07) and 121's (96-00) have a 4 x 108 PCD (probably because they were Ford based) so you may have some wheels that will fit (off set dependent) http://www.wheelfitment.net/mazda
rallyesport04 Posted March 6, 2012 Report Posted March 6, 2012 R888's are pretty good would be good if you could get them cheap
deltamal Posted March 6, 2012 Report Posted March 6, 2012 R 888's are good! was using them for drag racing, loads of grip road legal as well....
