Yep ours has started already, my brother was saying this afternoon he's thinking of writing in for a rebate as he's paying £500 for something he cant use, as i said they will probably just say they will fit a meter so you'll only pay for what you use.

Not being funny a meter works out cheaper anyway .

 

Makes me laugh when you drive past all these car cleaning palce’s with a hundred meter que Its ok for them to use water.

I believe, i'm sure someone will soon say if wrong,but i think your still allowed to use a hose as part of your business ?

Apperantly if you run one of them cash in the hand car wash's that seems to have appeared just about every where its totally legal to use/waste water though i bet none of these hand wash outfits have ever paid water rates or even tax or an NI stamp its all just a joke charging for water then banning its general use ......sorry micro rant

But its use hasn't been banned has it? You can still wash your car but have to do it the old fashioned way with buckets, no restrictions on how many of them you can use is there?

Im not bothered about washing my car mate as anyone who knows me will tell you , its when ive had the mixer on the go at work and i like to give the customers drive a hose/wash down so leving it nice and tidy , and apperantly useing a hose pipe for this type of thing is banned ????

I was thinking the same thing this morning

 

I've bought one of these to wash my car with as i live in a flat and theres no external tap (and i'm too lazy to climb 8 flights of stairs with buckets )
