So today we went over and stripped it out Will keep you up to date with the new engine for it

Block machine work done , pistons machined , crank polished & doweled , rods polished , all bottom end balanced , so block assembly will start soon , valves ordered so will start head then complete assembley , i,ll do a gallery soon ...
Col-ashtonmobile Posted May 9, 2013 Report Posted May 9, 2013 Not yet Scott , we are doing some other bits before installing the engine , removing the servo tower as its the wrong one and fitting a remote master and reservoir and making up new brakes lines , sorting some wiring issues out , and fitting a new exhaust along with some other bits , then the engine can go in , it will be a smart car when we,ve finished ...

Meanwhile, I've bought new quarter bumpers and been a bit busy myself.. not as much work as the boys! Before Now with quarters, much better I think... New seats to be fitted soon...
