rusty82 Posted March 1, 2013 Report Posted March 1, 2013 this will be interesting about what you guys and girls think and input is very welcome. weekend im going around all the scrap yards measuring wheel basses and floor pans. the idea is get rusty (mk5 cortina)cut the body off and fit it to another floor pan....done lots of projects for other people escort cossy with capri body roof chop a beetle etc so i thought why not do one for me plus i could get the body real low.... the reason for this is i want a strut front end and irs rear keep the body standard but without the rust.
ZetecVan 2.0 Posted March 1, 2013 Report Posted March 1, 2013 I was looking at a thread yesterday on Retro Rides where a guy is doing exactly the same thing with a Mazda MX5 and a Mini Clubman Estate. It's going to be epic when it's finished. http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.c ... ead=144316
