PaulMags Posted August 23, 2013 Report Posted August 23, 2013 Anyone had any bad expieriance with one?I.ve been using streetcar racers from Leicester for some time but after so many problems needed a second opinion.when i went to another tuner i found out that my ecu was locked and could.nt access into it without the password.Rang streetcar racers and Gordon virtually told me to fook of i aint giving it to you.bearing in mind the last time i had it tuned there it was allegedly running over 600bhp.So the new tuner done a shoot out on it before we had to crash the ecu to start from fresh only to find out my car was only producing 350 odd bhp.No wonder at the last couple of drag events my times were going backwards on me.also when we were re-mapping my car parts were not fitted as re-quested i should of been running 850cc injectors and only 650's were put in.there were so many problems its a wonder the engine did.nt blow up on me.Now its tuned properly thank fook with no dodgy false reading print outs.

Admin Vista Posted August 23, 2013 Admin Report Posted August 23, 2013 He didn't build my engine originally but for set up I use a guy called Joe Sorenti from GS Motorsport in Essex he looks after a lot of guys cars on turbosport and only does YB turbos. I'll be heading round to see him again after the OSF Summer show.

PaulMags Posted August 23, 2013 Author Report Posted August 23, 2013 I.m currently using dave rowe now seems to no what its all about.At the moment i have a small issue with the cold start but in the coming week i have to go into it with my laptop then he'll log into my computer and take over from his end.So hopefully no more running up and down the country to sort things out unless i up grade.
